In the wilderness with you is paradise enough

This work was created as a response to the poetry of Omar Khayam and translated by Edward Fitzgerald.

“A book of verses underneath the bough
A flask of wine, a loaf of bread and thou
Beside me singing in the wilderness
And wilderness is paradise now.”

The work was part of my MA project through which I wanted to show the joy friendship.
