A project inspired by Hull Refugee week 2023. It depicts the experiences of people I met navigating their way through the Asylum system in the UK. A hostile environment and confusing environment I have used the character of Alice as a means to show how disorientating and scary this process is.

The work was produced as a set of postcards and a zine. The postcards were sold to send to local MPs to demonstrate against the harmful and inhumane policies. The money raised went to the refugee council.

The work was longlisted for the World Illustration Awards 2023.
